MY STORY

As a certified NASM personal trainer and women's wellness coach, I strive to help women achieve their weight loss goals. I specialize in postpartum weight loss and have personally experienced the struggles of trying to keep the weight off after pregnancy. I am familiar with the yo-yo dieting cycle and struggling to maintain a healthy relationship with food. My approach is to work with my clients and their habits, rather than against them, to gradually create sustainable changes that allow them to enjoy the food they love while still achieving their weight loss goals.
